Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location. While we aim to deliver orders within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Packaging & Handling

All products are packed with utmost care to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Despite careful packaging, slight melting or texture changes may occur due to temperature conditions and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may incur additional charges. Chacotales is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once the order is delivered, it will be considered complete and accepted. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
